The vehicle is a 1986 'C' reg model with the kit removed - It only gets ripped off on tyre walls anyway!
The engine briefly consists of a gold spec block (lightened and balanced), polished, ported, and bored out 8v CVH head with a kent fast rally cam. It has a four branch manifold and external oil cooler.
Carburation is currently from from a single twin choke webber, although after looking at Michel Vuillemens example Matt might start looking for a written off GSXR1100!
The car is painted in the 2001 Focus WRC colours
Not quite a WRC contender just yet, but who knows, zetec power could be just around the corner as the car is sponsored and looked after by a local Ford dealer.
